Due to bad weather, gymnast Katya Prokhorova, going to international competitions, ends up in her hometown of Razlelsk and, arriving at the school where she once studied, meets a young singing teacher and falls in love with him. A few days later she leaves, and upon returning from the competition, she confesses to him that she has fallen in love with someone else. Time passes.
