On the evening before his wedding to the clinic director's daughter, a promising young surgeon at a women's clinic is called in to perform emergency surgery. The procedure goes well, but it soon becomes apparent that a gauze pad is missing. The young doctor now fears that his medical malpractice has jeopardized his career.
