Anna, married to a mafioso, loses her child and escapes from a killer seeking mafia bank details. Fleeing to Malindi, Kenya, she befriends Bodo, follows him as an African missionary, and becomes a respected volunteer. She meets Mandher, a dedicated doctor fighting for the African people.
