Seventeen-year-old Mi-jin dreams of a life different from her selfish, immature mother who had caused her childhood trauma. Her mother returns home after seven months, pregnant with no plan whatsoever. Mi-jin's pathetic friend Tae-gu who had dropped out of school and works as a karaoke part-timer keeps bothering her.
