Compounded with poverty in a rural area, couple Bebeng and Dandoy are motivated to raise funds to support their nine-year old daughter, Inday, chosen to represent her school for a quiz bee in the city. Danday harvests their cultured crabs earlier than its due just to raise the needed amount.
