Three men were released from prison after serving sentences ranging from 2 to 30 years. The director captures their trajectory their first year out, in the form of a logbook. Norbert, Raphaël, Yemine confide in each other about the stages of this new life. With great delicacy, we observe how their projects come up against a social, emotional and sanitary reality and how they are transformed in the course of their experience outdoors.
