One year after her twin sister and friends were slaughtered at the hands of a hooded maniac, Sam gets invited to a party at a former friend's place. The evening begins with the girls rekindling their tarnished relationships but ends in the fight of their lives as her sister's killer makes a guest appearance at the lake house and he's not on the welcoming committee.
