American Airlines Flight 965 from Miami, carrying 155 passengers and 8 crew members, is scheduled to land around 9:30 pm; but a chain of navigational errors causes it to never reach its destination. The aircraft crashes into a hill, leaving the wreckage in an area of impossible access, dense fog and controlled by guerrillas. A group of rescuers from Cali, including Dr. Quintero, paramedic Perdomo and firefighter Galvis, are the first to react and try to reach the crash site, where they find a big surprise: miraculously. there are passengers who have survived the initial impact and the sub-zero temperatures. The rescuers will have only a few hours to reach them and save them, facing all kinds of obstacles and difficulties.
