A father and son go on a camping trip to enjoy the pristine nature and spend time together. When they stop for the night, the boy begins to hear strange voices and then disappears without a trace. In the course of long and desperate attempts to find his son, the father meets a hermit living in the forest wilderness. From him the man learns that the forest is full of ancient signs and lives by its own laws.
