Bruno, a curious boy, is delighted by the arrival of new neighbors and tries to get to know Ana, the daughter of the newly arrived couple. Ana's father is strict and prevents a friendship between the two. Determined, Bruno finds a way to talk to Ana secretly through a toy called "Telephone." Little by little, Ana shares her difficult reality, marked by fear of her violent father. Bruno tries to seek help, but no one believes him.
