After years in the United States, Miguel returns to the Philippines as a young man. Revisiting his hometown in Pampanga, he is flooded with memories of dreams and cherished moments shared with his childhood friend Simon. Carrying a souvenir from America, Miguel discovers that Simon is no longer there to meet him.
