In the wake of the second wave of gunfire and explosions, recovery efforts slowly began. The villagers of Ban Sao Thong Chai fought to piece the fragments of their shattered lives back to normal, carrying a quiet, heavy dread in their hearts. Deep down, they all knew the violence wouldn't simply end at two rounds.
