Evangelia visits her grandmother just before leaving for the city where she will study. In the evening she has to go to a party, where she hopes to meet Tasos. Her grandmother takes care of her and makes her the French braid that she has been doing since childhood. But Evangelia does not pay much attention to her grandmother. Not even to the childhood braid. She is impatient for her meeting with Tasos and rushes to leave, to get ready as she wants.
