Karina gives birth to an illegitimate baby girl. She abandons her child in an alley and the baby is found and cared for by a married couple, Ita and Dali, who are drug addicts. The baby is named Kiki and they raise her with full love and affection. After turning 12 years old, Karina finds Kiki and wishes to care for her because her marriage to Aman has not yet been blessed with children.
