The city of Rome is divided in two by a wall. The aristocratic Giuly Copulati from North Rome and the coarse Romolo Montacchi from South Rome fall in love. They have to face the impediment of their family and in the meanwhile save Italy from the greedy grasp of the city of Milan and the Reign of Neaples
