Alana is a talented trainee chef at a restaurant in the capital. The girl is confronted with her father's demand to return home to Ossetia and get married. She comes up with a plan: to bring the "unsuccessful groom" from Moscow to his homeland, so that his father would reject him. Max, a dreamy bartender who was left homeless after a quarrel with his parents, becomes a random candidate. He agrees to participate in the marriage adventure, not even suspecting the consequences.
