Rosa, a young woman who has devoted her life to the struggle for human rights, whose world is turned upside down during a Gaza protest she attends in London. As she grapples with a serious illness and an unexpected personal quest, Rosa finds herself in Istanbul. There, her path crosses once again with Ali, a man she met for the first time at the same protest. The two quickly fall in love, but their relationship will become the catalyst for a devastating chain of events that neither of them could foresee.
