The story unfolds at a private clinic in a provincial town, where a local mobster is undergoing an illicit plastic surgery procedure to completely alter his appearance. Despite strict confidentiality and security measures, a hitman manages to slip into the patient's room and administer a lethal injection to the crime boss. Vitya, a male nurse on the night shift, hears a commotion in the room and finds the patient convulsing. He administers a painkiller, but the mobster immediately passes away. Convinced that the patient’s death was caused by his own medical error, Vitya turns to his loyal friend Artyom for help. Artyom proposes an unexpected solution—that Vitya impersonate the mobster, whose appearance has already been transformed—thereby dragging the young man into a risky scheme that will completely upend his life.
