6. Data Retention

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, operates a global network. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

11.1 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (authentication, security)

11.3 Mobile App Tracking (iOS)

On iOS devices, we respect the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you opt out of tracking when prompted, we will not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.

11.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can opt out of tracking as described above.

12. Account Deletion

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your profile, preferences, and viewing history will be permanently deleted
  • Your AI conversation history will be deleted
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days
  • Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors.

  • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
  • For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email to the address associated with your account
