When a boy wakes up under a massive electric tower unsure of how he got there, he finds out through visual flashbacks and experimentation that his brain had been catching strange signals from an unknown emitting source. He tries to collect these messages and electronically transfer them from his brain to an external unit and ends up with more questions than he began with.
